Alonzo has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA - Management) from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has taught Strategic Planning and Leadership at the university graduate level and has taught Management, Small Business Entrepreneurship and Marketing at the university undergraduate level.

Kellogg Action Lab (KAL) - College of Consultants:

Alonzo is a member of the Kellogg Action Lab College of Consultants.  He is of only 8 in Texas and the only College of Consultant member in San Antonio.  The KAL is a collaboration between the Fieldstone Alliance and the Nonprofit Finance Fund (both highly regarded national nonprofit resource organizations) which is funded by the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.  This determination means that the KAL has identified Alonzo as a consultant that they have determined is qualified to assist the KAL clients with their capacity building needs.

OneStar Foundation - Capacity Building Partner:

Alonzo has been selected as a partner in the OneStar Foundation capacity building program.  This designation means that Alonzo has been certified as qualified to assist OneStar Foundation clients with their future capacity building needs.
